It doesn't matter if he can't chop at the speed of light or if he doesn't know the name of every veggie, daal and spice. Every chap deserves to a chance to enjoy good cooking, and this is where I try showing him how, through my own experiments in the kitchen. I'm no chef... just a guy who knows his way around a kitchen (well, a bit). So, watch, learn, share and as the Italians say,"Mangia!" Thanks for your reading time :)
